In partnership with leading brand strategy and design firm Trinity Brand Group, ebbu™ creates a fresh new look that positions the company and its products as a cannabis lifestyle brand.
DENVER, CO (August 17, 2016) – Leading cannabis company ebbu™ has officially debuted a visionary new brand design crafted to appeal to a broader consumer base and connect with mainstream culture. ebbu’s new brand design coincides with the launch of two new product lines, ebbu™ “Bold” which will feature the release of the company’s patent pending first formulated product, and ebbu™ “Well”.
Since its establishment in 2013, ebbu™ has been an innovative scientific force in the industry committed to developing a line of consistent, predictable cannabis infused products.
ebbu™ Co-Founder and CEO, Jon Cooper, turned to the expertise of Trinity Brand Group to assist in redesigning a new look that would reflect ebbu™ reaching the next level of cutting-edge formulas while growing it into a lifestyle brand that represents today’s cannabis consumer.

Trinity Brand Group focused its strategy on industry tension points, laying the design foundation to re-envision ebbu™ from a cannabis company to a lifestyle brand.
Strategic Components of New Brand Identity
Aesthetics were key to establishing ebbu’s new brand identity. The marketing team developed a logo that emulated the company’s journey. Set in all lowercase, the letters ascend upwards, suggesting elevation, growth, and a journey skyward.
For the masterbrand color, ebbu’s marketing team purposefully chose a rich blue hue that radiated trust as well as a natural feel. The packaging’s original artwork was designed by Colorado artist Sean Coleman of Brave World Marketing, solidifying the brand’s connection to the creative community.
The circle design illuminates ebbu’s higher mission, to open a lens into a new, experience-focused industry. Upon opening ebbu™ product boxes, customers are greeted with a burst of color as well as sensory elements like soft touch finishes and gloss varnishes, inviting customers to have a more personal shopping experience.
Through language and design, ebbu’s bright and engaging aesthetic components offer a positive solution and contrast to normally dark dispensary environments.
