She has worked with the United Arab Emirates, Fortune 500 brands such as Harley Davidson and Nascar, Carl Icahn’s American Casino and Entertainment Properties as well as direct experience with the Department of Defense.
Since entering the cannabis space, Cynthia has become accustomed to navigating the traditional and social media landscape for a commodity that is still federally illegal. Her work product has garnered a proven track record of developing and leading some of the most recognized publicity campaigns, as well as effective improvement in reputation and image management. This skill set will now be applied to reversing the stigma in cannabis to help propel and advance the perception for better market conditions.
In addition to her distinguished communications accomplishments, Cynthia has held placements in the areas of international affairs and public policy in Washington, DC. These experiences yielded specific knowledge and proficiency in the implementation of policy objectives and public affairs programs, multinational corporation communication, stakeholder engagement, as well as international and government relations.
Salarizadeh holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a minor in Modern Middle Eastern Studies and a focus on Strategic Communications from the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a certificate in Political Journalism with the Fund for American Studies from a program at Georgetown University.
